What is the consequences for non filing of Form 29B, if the company has to pay tax under 115JB?

If Form 29B is not submitted your return is incomplete. A.O. will issue the notice in this regard, and this ha to be submitted within 15 days of notice.

Yes agreed with the above view. But time stipulation of 15 days is missing in section 115JB(4) as well as rule 40B.
