03 November 2010 If Form 29B is not submitted your return is incomplete. A.O. will issue the notice in this regard, and this ha to be submitted within 15 days of notice.

03 November 2010 Yes agreed with the above view. But time stipulation of 15 days is missing in section 115JB(4) as well as rule 40B.
