Form 23ACA for a newly incorporated company

02 February 2011 Thanks experts 4 help in advance.
In case of a newly incorporated company, while filing annual returns with MCA, the current F.Y is from the date of incorporation to the succeeding 31st March. (eg: 01-06-2009 to 31-03-2010).
But in Form 23AC and Form 23ACA, it requires us to fill the previous year Balance sheet date as well as Previous F.Y start and end dated.
A prescrutiny error says the following :
1.Previous F.Y End date should be greater than or equal to Incorporation date of the company.
2.Previous F.Y Start date should be greater than or equal to Incorporation date of the company.

What dates shall i fill in the Previous years column ??
Kindly help.

02 February 2011 1. In e-form 23AC, the box against DD/MM/YYYY may be kept blank and the columns below may be filled with' 0 '.
2. In e-form 23ACA, 'from' date may be kept blank and 'To' date may be filled with the immediately preceding date of incorporation and the columns below may be filled with ' 0 '.

02 February 2011 Thanq sir, but dont think its working. It still shows the same prescrutiny error.
Data i've entered is as under.
Current F.Y.
From : 01/06/2009
To : 31/03/2010

Previous F.Y
From : (Left Blank)
To : 31/05/2009 (prefilled data)

Same error message being shown..
