I have filed Form 1A, stating Proposed AuthorisedCapital as Rs.10,00,000/-, but I want authorised capital of Rs.25,00,000/-.

How I can correct the Authorised Share Capital?

Please answer me......

03 February 2011 I think you can fill in the increased ASC in Form 1 and MOA/AOA. Decrease will not be accepted but there shouldn't be any problem for increase.

However in case of problem, get the company incorporated with Rs. 10 lacs ASC and then after incorporation increase it to Rs. 25 lacs by holding EGM.
