till last yera we are issuing form 16 to employes through the ETDS software.now we heard that this year we require to get form 16 from NSDL site.
Pl help us how to issue Form 16 to our employees for FY 2011-12.

13 June 2012 The requirement is for Form 16A and NOT Form 16.

Form 16 can be issued from any software.

13 June 2012 means there is no need to get any files from NDDL or TIN centre to issue form 16.

13 June 2012 No need to obtain anything from NSDL website. Just ensure that all the challans are matched and the TDS returns have been accepted.
