i am employed in a Private Sector Organisation. iwant to file my Salary Income Tax Return online. Please let me know whether i need to attach/send Form 16 alongwith the Return. Is it mandatory?

No need to send Form 16 or any document with the return. If you do e-filing only acknowledgement need to be sent.

IT returns have to be filed as annexureless meaning thereby no attachments are permitted.
