DEAR SIR
WE ARE LIMITED COMPANY.IS IT NECESSARY TO ISSUE FORM 16 TO EMPLOYEE GETTING SALARY RS.240000/-
HE HAS INVESTED RS.60000/-IN LIC & HE IS PROPRIETOR OF HIS SMALL FIRM TOO & FILLING ITR 4 WITH SELF ESSESMENT EVERY YEAR.
WE WANT TO KNOW SHOULD WE ISSUE HIM FORM 16

you don't need to issue form 16 to him if no TDS is deducted.
but if he want then you can issue NIL TDS certificate. There is no ban on this. But usually companies don't issue NIL TDS certificate (Form 16 with zero TDS)
