which form is to be issued to an employee whose tds on salary has been deducted by me and who has left his job. whether i can issue form 16 or any other form is required to be issued?
Only 2 type of form is given for TDS case form 16 & 16A 16A is issued when TDS on other then salary.

BUT IN THAT CASE BOTH SIDE RETURN IS FILLED LIKE I HAVE FILE RETURN AND THE SUCCEEDING COMPANY IS ALSO FILLING RETURN. AND THEY ALSO ISSUE FORM 16.
