Form 15G not sent to CIT but produced before AO during assessment proceedings. AO propose to disallow interest paid on such loan. Whether he is correct.

As per law,form 15G/H should be filed with department.You will have to give reason for non filing of these forms and if he will not satisfy with the explanations, he can disallow it.
