19 August 2010 FOR MAKING FOREIGN REMITTANCE WE ARRANGED FORM 15CA FROM CA AND ENTERED IN NSDL SITE. NOW PAYMENT IS NOT TO BE RELEASED BY US DUE TO ANY REASON.
WHAT WE SHOULD DO SINCE WE HAVE ENTERED IN DESIGNATE SITE-NSDL OF IT DEPTT.

20 August 2010 Pls write a letter to the Income tax officer to whom the 15 CA was addressed mentioning the fact that the amount planned to be remitted could not be remitted.

Also, get a confirmation from your AD that there was no such remitance. This letter also you produce to the ITO.
