Form 112 not filed

My articleship was started in October 2007 & completed in April 2011. During my articleship i completed my BCOM & afterwards i registered myself for CS course. In 102 form for registeration of articleship i have mentioned that i was doing BCOM & its timings too. I have not filed form 112 yet & my articleship has been completed before 10 months. Please tell me what should i do now. Whether i have to send it? if yes then on what address? For both the courses? Who can sign it? Where to get the certificate of it? Please let me know as early as possible.

no need to submit form 112 for you because as per icai rules students registered before 1.04.2008, no need to fill fom 112
