27 December 2013 I had registered for b.com with IGNOU on 25-06-2013 and submitted form 112 to ICAI on 20-11-2013.Since I had received my registration letter from IGNOU on 26-10-2013 I had to submit form 112 late.
I had received letter from ICAI asking condonation fee for delayed filing and a letter from employer stating the reason for delay.

The reason for delay is that I had received registration letter late.
Is it compulsory to submit letter by my employer. Please suggest?

Was your B.com admission provisional? As far as I know IGNOU admissions are not provisional unless your fees demand draft has some problem!!

You do need to submit condonation letter along with fees.

27 December 2013 ya. The letter will be signed by the CA and fee will be paid by you. The reason of asking Principal to sign the letter as it is his responsibility that you comply with ICAI regulations.
