28 February 2013 if a promoter of a private is a foreign citizen of indian origin ie born in india but has now adopted citizenship of another nation-what is procedures to be followed in incorporation ?

2)what is impact on declaration attached with form 1 stating all are citizens of india .

In case of foreign subscriber, the subscriber clause of MOA & AOA should be hand written by subscriber and notrised by their own country.

So MOA & AOA along with declaration should be notraige by their own country.
