25 July 2011 Open you account feed your pan number and ask for forget pass word. You will be asked the last filed acknowledgement number and then the answer to the question which is generally pass time and the answer is always afternoon.

The you put in new pass word and reconfirm the same. Not eht new pass word and you will get the new pass word generated.

25 July 2011 Unless u know the "secret question" and its 'answer' correctly,u can't recover the password through the system. Pl try as Mr. Jain sugested.
