24 May 2012 whether it is necessary to provide infromation to our bank for withdrawal of capital gain income from special account if yes, than tell me the procedure for such withdrawal, please suggest

27 May 2012 Dear Manoj,

Whenever you withdraw the money from Account, You need to filled Form "C" for every withdrawal. Besides the initial withdrawal, every subsequent withdrawal you need to furnished the Form"D" as a declaration of utilization of your previous withdrawals. Amount withdrawn should be utilized within 60 days from such withdrawal or redeposited.
