For threshold limit which amout is to be taken for air trave

18 September 2015 sir, one of my client engange in air ticket booking domestic and international i want to know for calculating threshhold limit of 10 lacs which amount we have to take whole of bill or only charges are charged to customer or base air fare pls clarify my confusion he is charging basic air fare + taxes and charges + charges/commisiion of ticket booking=total bill amount
