Dear Experts,
My queary regarding ROC Fees
In Our Pvt Ltd company not file ROC Return on time in last year 2010-11 then our consultant say total fee for Roc Return is 15000 (For Annual Return/ B/S,Compliance Certificate )for 9 Times panelty its any way off for filing late in ROC Return

There is no way to escape this late filing fees.

If returns a delayed ,additional fee payment u/s 611(2) of the companies act,1956 is mandatory.
