25 August 2012 Dear Experts,

As some one need houseloan of Rs. 25-30 lakh, and he filed his return for last to year within the exeption limit and now for third year can he file his return within the exemption limit which is his actual earning for geting above loan.

kindly suggest and give your expert opinion.

25 August 2012 The filing of return does not by itself help him in getting loan. He has to prove his credibility by showing his earning capacity and savings etc.
Filing return below exemption limit only points out that his income is not substantial. Hope you are talking about person earning salary.
