For ay i pais inr 2361 as tax.

27 March 2012 For AY 11-12 I paid INR 2361 as tax.

Now I received an email from CPC that I have to pay INR 138 as interest u? 234 A.

But in S NO. 41 of TAX PAYABLE they say
NET TAX PAYABLE 2499.

I am confused as what amount I have to pay. Can someone clarify?????

Apparently it looks like you need to pay Rs. 138, provided you have paid self assessment tax correctly.

If you can provide elaborated details, then I can clarify this in more details.
