can u plz let me know how a party who is adjudged as defaulter in a loan repayment case 15 years ago can obtain a loan now, as every time they approach bank when their pan is entered it shows a defaulter status??????? Although bank recovered loan from security kept with bank.........

get it cleared in cibil through bank, and also clarification can be given to the bank to whom proposal are being submitted
