SIR...in financial mgt for ca final new syllabus ..there are lot of chapters but which are most imp..and which can i skip due to time crunch..specially out of capital budgeting,dividend policy and leasing

Never carry out selective study since the exam pattern is not predictable. You should have a fair idea about the full subject.
