Final Students from PEII background

09 September 2008 Why are the PCC students, who are unable to pass the PCC are still able to continue the articleship and be counted to be in articleship period and this would enable them to be advantageous position. While PEII students are made to wait for 1 year before getting eligibility for writing exam. If they are unable to clear that they have to wait for next 6 months. They are not eligible for articleship until they clear the PEII. And consequently their eligibility for final would also get effected.
