28 August 2012 sec 592 of companies act requires list of directors and secretary to be submitted to d registrar.. And it states the required particulars in case director is individual and in case its a body corporate..
However sec 253 states that only individuals can be directors and no firm or body corporate can be a director.. Pls clarify

Section 592 of the Companies Act, 1956 deal with documents provide to the ROC of foreign entity.

Section 592(1) (c) deal with director and secretary of foreign entity and not talking about Indian Directors and secretary. The provision of section 253 will not apply to foreign company directors and secretary.

It may be possible that in foreign company a body corporate can be a director or secretary.

So this subsection deal in that reference and not talking about Indian Companies.
