hi friends,I have completed my 13 months articleship after qualifying pe2... Now due to my marriage i have taken termination from articleship for a period of one year...now i am in US with my husband and will be able to come back to INDIA only next May.... Since I am a pe2 student i can give my final attempt next MAY.... Now my doubt is can i write my exam next MAY which will be my 1st attempt? or should i have to come back and do one more year of articleship and then write my finals.....?

For final year examination after completing PE 2 you need to complete atleast 2 years of articleship. So after coming back you have to complete 2 years of articleship then only you will be eligible for Final.

yes 2 years minimum articleship period should be compleated for eligible in final exms.
