I have joined in articleship in 21st august, 2013. and i have availed leave of 2 months upto jan 2014 for attempting 2 nd group of IPCC, Now what is mine final attempt month
either May-2016 or Nov 2016

04 February 2014 You are eligible for 140 days leaves upto 1-5-2016 with out extension of your articleship training period(means no excess leaves upto 140 days of leaves), So your total leaves as on 1-5-2016 is 140days or below then you eligible for May 2016 attempt. In case you didn't have More than 215 days of leaves during your articleship training period then also you eligible for May 2016 attempt because of upto 215 days of leaves your extended articleship training shall be complete by 1-11-2016 including excess leaves.

In case if you have more than 215 days leaves then you are eligible for November 2016 attempt or onword attempt based on your total leaves.
