hi i failed in nov 2008 pcc exams if i clear the may 2009 pcc exam will my final attempt come in may 2009

I think you should read CA Final as May 2010. This is because you must complete your articleship before appearing in CA Final. Also if you clear PCC and if your articleship is complete then you can appear in CA Final.
