10 February 2010 CAN ANY ONE HELP ME ABOUT MY INCOME TAX FOR 08-09....
I AM WORKING WITH XYZ (PARTNERSHIP FIRM) MY LAST YEAR DRAWING (SALARY INCOME) FOR WHOLE YEAR WAS 54,758/- AND TUTION INCOME WAS AROUND 120,000 FOR SAME YEAR, I WANT TO SUBMIT MY RETURN BUT I DONT KNW HOW TO FILL UP THE FORM & WHICH FORM REQUIRED ALSO WHAT SUPORTING REQUIRED TO SUBMIT.

10 February 2010 Just Contact Any Return Preparer.
or
Fill Form ITR 2 if you are getting salary from firm and u have other income also.

But if are getting remuneration and have other income also than file ITR 3
or many site are there like
taxsmile.com which help u to file ur return.

10 February 2010 Your salaried person or your partner of that firm,
if your salaried person then you can file itr-1, if your salary below taxable then no need to file the return, u have to file nil return which they will not accept...just clarify bit your question...
