my client has income from salaries form dubai and his status is not ordinary resident.
so i want to confirm that as his income accrues and arise there it is not taxable. but at the time of filling of return in which column the salaries should be written.
i know he is not required to file the income tax return but he still wants to file because he want bank loan and it is compulsory for that.

He is not required to file his Return in India if he is not having any other taxable income in India.
