Filing of time barred i.t.return

03 May 2013 If someone has not filed the income tax return for the A.Y.2011-12 till 31.3.2013, how can he file the return for the same after 31.3.2013 voluntarily. How can he get TDS credit for the A.Y. 2011-12 if he wants to file return now.???????/

05 May 2013 SORRY, BECAUSE , FOR A.Y 2011-2012, DEADLINE WAS 31/03/2013, & AFTER WHICH YOU CAN'T FILE FOR A.Y 2011-2012 UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AS THEN IN THAT CASE, SUCH KIND OF RETURN SHOULD BE TREATED AS AN INVALID RETURN.

02 July 2013 ELECTRONIC FILING NOT POSSIBLE ..

But ,Can file manually by filing a petition to CIT seeking condonation of delay under section 119(2) read along with circular 8/2001 dated 16/05/2001
