Filing of srn of 23b if 23b is not filed before 21/07/2012

Dear Experts,
as per the normal practice if form 23B is not filed we were feeding the SRN as Z99999999 , but now as per the general circular they given the last date as 21/07/2012 for filing of 23B without any fees & then filing of 23B shall be charged.
I want to know whether if we do not file form 23B can the earlier practice of typing Z999999999 can be continued or feeding the SRN no. of 23B will be mandatory like we feed SRN of Form 66.

As per Circular No. 14/2012 dated 21.06.2012 the MCA only charged fee as per Schedule X, but they have not given any explanation on that issue. So i will suggest you to comply the direction issued by this circular or use as trial Z99999999 for filing forms.

As such, the filing of form 23B has made mandatory, the system of Z99999999 should be inoperative.
