04 March 2014 Hello Experts,

Need your Guidance & Suggestions on the following:

Ours is a Pvt. Ltd. Company with a Turnover of around Rs.5 Lacs Only.

Due to unavoidable circumstances in our business, we were not able to FILE IT Returns for the PERIOD FY 01.04.2011 TO 31.03.2012 (AY 2012-2013).

What is the LAST Due Date for filing ITR for the above Period (FY 2011-2012)?

And What would be the INTEREST / PENALTY in such case ? Income Tax Payable is around Rs.4,000/-.

04 March 2014 you can still file return for AY 112-13 till 31.3.2014 as per section 139(4).

04 March 2014 Thanks for the Reply, Mr. Tushar Sampat.. But, What would be the Interest / PENALTY ?

OR

Can we simply File it as if we are FILING it Regularly...
