07 June 2010 How an assessee can be traced out if he or she filing Return of Income in two different juridiction using same PANo.?

07 June 2010 if filed online then it is possible to trace out where it is filed by login to income tax site, if physically filed then it is not possible.

07 June 2010 Today, PAN no. is the control no. for the record of the assessee. In case of Physical filing, at the time the IT department will update the record with the PAN no. of the assessee, it will came to know.
