Filing of return for a y 2013-14

06 October 2015 One of a assessee want to file a return For A Y 2013-14. He has a nil Tax return. But when i uploading such,error is occured as Due date is over. Please suggest me how can i file such return....????????

06 October 2015 If it is NIL return, please dont mind to file it. The due date is already over.

On top of that if you want to file..: Make an application to the concerned Commissioneer of the Income tax stating the reasons therefor. Once the permission is received, you may file the same.

06 October 2015 Last date of submitting belated return for AY 2013-14 was 31.03.2015, which is over. Online return can not be filed now. Try to submit the manual return at your jurisdiction.

06 October 2015 Sir i forgot to mentioned that this return will required to file against the noties from Income tax department.Please also mention the relevent sec under which return is required to file mannually .

06 October 2015 Oh, you forgot to mention very CRUCIAL point. Write the section number of the notice while filing the return of income.

06 October 2015 Sorry sir, actually it is general notice which do not contain any section. Also assessee has not filed any return in that year.

06 October 2015 then write return filed under section 139(4) i.e after due date
