I have the problem regarding filing of income tax return, i was submitted address of my native place during PAN application, i got PAN according to my native place address, but now can i file my return from Pune temporary residence address.

22 July 2008 You may file ur return but you should get the change registered by filing application on 'PAN DATA CHANGE' form whereby ur particulars such as address may be changed on the basis of fresh proof of new address.
