25 July 2011 if an assessee has not filed his return since last 4-5 years n all these years his income was below the basic limit, but now in the current asst year his income is goin above the basic limit. what is to be done? whether to file for all 5 years or file as a new asssessee? or is there any other option???

25 July 2011 File the return for the financial year 2010-11 only, if the income exceeds the threshold limit.

28 July 2011 but wat abt previous year's acknowledgement? that needs to be attached with the current year's return.
