Assessee filed returns for AY 12-13 and AY 13-14 previously. shall we file IT Returns for AY 14-15 either manually or electronically now, as assessee wants to file returns for AY 14-15 now? i know that 2 years time was expired from the end of relevent financial year? advise me?

If there is no refund, voluntary filing manually/electronically is impossible.
