17 December 2012 An Individual (farmer) having PAN who never filed IT Return died in last year.

His agricultural Land had been acquired by Delhi Govt.

Amount of sold land received by his Son after deduction of TDS.

Now the Son wants to claim the TDS amount.

How he will do that?

19 December 2012 If during life time of deceased land was transferred by way of acquisition, his son has to submit return of income as legal heir of deceased.
