04 January 2017 Is it possible to file income tax return for FY. 2009-10,2010-11,2011-12?

IF your answer is no , then suggest me any solution through which i can file income tax returns for FY 2009-10,2010-11,2011-12. TDS from salary has been deducted by employer. Employer also had deposited TDS amount to the government. Only income tax return yet to be filed.
Please suggest me solution on this problem.

04 January 2017 Write a letter to CIT of your jurisdiction, asking for the permission to file the LOD returns. Do mention the reason... (Refund) in the said letter
