Is it possible for private companies incorporated in 2009 to comply with filing for 2010-11,2011-12,2012-13,2013-14 or it require different procedure for taking approval of CLB.

06 April 2015 Please check 'company master data'. If the status therein shows 'active', e-filing is possible ,voluntarily,from 2010-11 onwards.

06 April 2015 Thanks for your prompt reply , pl. know me whether filing fees will be as per Companies Act, 2013 or companies Act, 1956 and is there any possibility of receiving prosecution notice.

06 April 2015 Fees is as per Companies Act,2013. Prosecution notice will not be issued post filing.
