23 November 2012 Vide Notification No. 1512/CR-139/Taxation1 dated 21 Nov. 2012, Rule 66 is amended. Now audit report is required to be submitted within 9 months 15 days from end of the year. Due date for submission of Form 704 will be 15 January.
