Fees for late filing of return
Querist : Anonymous
Service Tax Liability for period ending March 2015 was paid in April 2015 (i.e. within due date), however Service Tax Return has not yet been filed.
Now while filing Return whether I am liable to pay fees under Rule 7C.
If liable Whether it should be paid before filing return or afterwards.
I had already cleared my tax liability however only return could not be filed.
Kindly guide in this matter at earliest.
