What kind of fees & commission would be taxable under income from salary. Please anyone let me know about the exact meaning of 'fees & commission' as per salary definition?

if employer is paying any commission or fees to the employee, then the same shall be included in Salary only.
eg: commission for higher sales target achievement etc
