Respected Sir,
First of all I am very thankful for your past best help me in my problem.
This time i asked about Interest on FD Effect for TAX purpose.
My client has FD and In FD certificate Name of Nominee also attached with him\her spouse can i take Interest income in one of him\her account for calculation in taxable income.
Please Help me to solve this Problem.

The interest shall be taxable in the hands of the holder and not in the hands of the nominee.
