FBT on Car driver's salary & perks

As the repair and maintenance on car (incl. Salary of Car driver) is liable to FBT.

SO my question is that whether PF contribution of Comp. on car diver's salary, other perks, production incentives etc. is also liable for FBT or not?

13 September 2008 SALARY OF CAR DRIVER ATTRACTS FBT VIDE QUESTION 87 OF CIRCULAR 8/2005.SINCE THE WORD SALARY IS USED THERE IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD IN A BROADER SENSE AND ACCORDINGLY INCLUDES ALL ALLOWANCECS.
