23 July 2009 Kindly tell me from which date FBT Abolished.

23 July 2009 FBT abolished for the F Y 2009-10, A Y 2010-11.

Hence no FBT shall be levied from 01.04.09.

Any FBT paid for Q1 2009-10 shall be refunded by the Government after the annualling filling of return

Or for any further communication better to wait for CBDT Direction
