Travelling exp inccured by subsidiary Co. for its internal auditors who are employees of the holding co. wether chargable to FBT or not..

Travelling Exps to Auditor is a part and parcel of his Professional Fees, so it is not covered under FBT
13 March 2009
but they are not getting any fees as professional audit fees,they are getting normal salary from the main Co.....
