31 July 2010 If am fail filling of income tax return this year can i take TDS refund next financial year. if yes how can i do this?

31 July 2010 You must file Income Tax Return claiming the refund this year only.

The tds credit can not be carried forward to be adhusted/claimed in next/suceeding year.

31 July 2010 Yes you can file your belated return u/s139(4) till 31.03.2011 without any penalty. TDS refund can be claimed even if return is filed u/s 139(4).
