THE COMPANY WAS INCORPORATED ON MARCH 10 TH OF 2015. WETHER I HAS TO FILE THE RETURN FOR F.Y.2014-15. OR. CAN I EXTEND THE FINANCIAL YEAR FROM MARCH 2015 TO MARCH 2016. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR EXTENSION OF F.Y. IN THIS CASE..

The first financial of the said company can be from 10.3.2015 to 31.3.2016 as per section 2(41) of the Companies Act,2013. Hence no need to seek extension.
