One of my client earn commission from Thailand on the basis of sale of product of that Thailand's company done by him in India.Whether it is taxable or not?

15 July 2015 It is taxable as service is rendered in taxable territory i.e. in India. Also as per provisions of POP service Rules 9 (c) it is taxable.
It is not an export of service it is a service provided in India for foreign client.
