MY QUERY IS ONE OF MY CLIENT ENTER AN AGREEMENT WITH INDONESIA PARTY FOR DESIGN OF ENGINEERING DRAWINGS.

PLS TELL ME WHAT ARE THE SERIVE TAX PROVISIONS APPLICABLE RELATING ENGINEERING DRAWINGS.....

07 June 2009 This service gets categorised under consulting engineering or design services. If the same were to be recived by the cusotmer outside India for use outside India and convertible foreign exchange were reciveable then the same is an export of service and tax would be payable.
