I m going to export services (business auxiliary service) and i will receive the amount in convertible foreign exchange.. so i want to know which is the formalities will be done for it.. like service tax registration or import exort code... and i also want to knw what is the provision of service tax .

Under service tax services in nature of BAS are dependent on place of recepient as per Rule 3 of the Place of provision of services rules 2012. As rcvd in CFE no liability.
If the refund of the taxes paid for inputs/ capital goods and input services are sought tobe made then only registration necessary.
